My Leather Expressions has so many colors from which to to choose. What are some of the various colors and color tones available?

Below are just some of the leather colors available. Where ever possible, we show each individual Leather Item with the various colors available for that leather product.

NOTE: Leather colors can vary from one leather piece to another. Each My Leather Expressions piece may have a unique and different color tone from what is shown.

How do I measure for a comfortable strap length on my handbag or shoulder bag? 

You feel the strap length on your My Leather Expression bag is too short or too long. For NO EXTRA CHARGE, you can have the straps adjusted on your My Leather Expression Handbag, Purse or Shoulder Bag to the length that fits you.

To measure the length that will allow you to comfortably wear the bag across your body or over your shoulder:

1. use a book or magazine and hold it where you want the top of the bag to seat on your left or right side
2. have someone else measure the distance from the top of the book or magazine to the shoulder where the strap will rest
3. multiple this length by 2 and that would be the strap length you would request for your My Leather Expression bag.

How do I care for my leather?

 

Nothing could be easier to care for than leather.

For all of your smooth leather finished purchases follow these three esay steps:

1. brush any excess dirt off of the article
2. polish with a small amount of neutral leather polish
3. buff it with a soft natural bristle brush

This regular maintenance will safeguard your purchase by keeping the leather pliable, giving you years of carefee use.

My purchase looks slighty different from the website picture. Why?

MyLeatherExpressions products are not mass produced. Pictures on the website are representative of the color and texture of the products available, varying slightly from the product you receive. This is most likely to happen when purchasing the larger custom made pieces such as portfolios, handbags, purses, totes and luggage.

Because each product is individualy custom handcrafted, the slight variations in color and texture occur because every order is cut from a different piece of leather. Dye lots vary slightly based on the subltle natural variations that occur in each hide.

To make sure that you get the most in quality and design, the leather craftsperson uses the most up-to-date design practices available when creating your order.

No two products are exactly the same making every product ordered as unique as the buyer.

A: Yes. We have delivered custom pedal board projects for our clients. To date, the largest custom board we have created had a working surface of 35” x 25” !
