If you have problems with an order or have questions regarding
a product, please use the message system on your account and email us

Make sure that the subject line reads "returned item",
and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to take care of your return.
To be considered for return, the product must be in the
original packaged condition - all tags attached. The return must occur within
5 business days of receipt. A 25% restocking charge may apply to cover the original
shipping and handling costs. Please Correctly Complete all necessary customs forms indicating that the package is a 'RETURN'. Any additional customs charges will be charged to the customer.

If, within one year from the date of purchase, the product is
proved to be defective due to materials or workmanship, the exclusive
remedy, at Coast Pedal Boards' option, shall be to refund the
purchase price of or to repair or replace the defective product.
Coast Pedal Boards shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages,
whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential,
regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence,
warranty, or strict liability. All returns must have prior
authorization and be sent with postage and insurance prepaid. The

tests, data and / or experience which Coast Pedal Boards believes to
be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness of such statements and
technical information is not guaranteed. Coast Pedal Boards and
Bizfare Enterprise make no warranties, express or implied,
